Abstract

This article deals with the process of cost management. The author provides
 a description of cost-killing as a method of cost management and the ways of its
 application with regard to the productive capacity, personnel, inventory, logistics
 and distribution management, reveals a need for optimization of and rationing
 variable costs of production by constructing an econometric model.
