Abstract

The article establishes that the main trend in the informatization of education is the development of innovative educational processes based on the use of information and communication technologies for distance learning and distance forms of support for traditional education based on Internet technologies. The transformation of the education system requires new approaches to building organizational training systems. The challenges and threats of the Covid-19 pandemic, which began in 2019 and affects all countries of the world, confirms the relevance of research on changing the models of organizing the training of modern specialists. In education, approaches to organizing the learning process are changing by translating it into a virtual plane. This gives a significant impetus to the models and methods of distance learning, changing pedagogical techniques and practices, transforming didactic materials and putting forward requirements for the organization of the educational process as a whole. The training of air traffic controllers (ATC) is quite complex and requires constant monitoring of knowledge and skills, maintenance of practical skills and training, effective planning of the training schedule. Modern education is an industry with a significant number of participants in the educational process. Each of its participants set a goal for themselves: the student - to receive an educational service, to get a profession; educational institution or teacher - provide this service in exchange for another resource. It is proved that in order to solve the problem of increasing the efficiency of the educational process of training air traffic controllers, it is necessary, firstly, to expand the model of organizing training and unite all participants in the educational process into a single educational environment, and secondly, to manage the processes in this environment. The article presents an improved model for organizing the training of air traffic controllers, which, in contrast to the existing ones, is based on the use of a multi-agent approach to planning training and forming an ontology of academic disciplines and makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of training by planning lessons in accordance with the results of monitoring the level of knowledge, skills and skills of air traffic controllers. The main advantages of the agent-based model for organizing the training of air traffic controllers are the rapid development of the initial version of the system, quick modification of the current version of the system, and efficient organization of work in a distributed system.
