Abstract

This article is based on a combination of two approaches to improving the professional training of air traffic control controllers: firstly, the individualization of training processes of aviation specialists through the usage of personalized tools for imparting knowledge, taking into account the personal cognitive characteristics of the listener regarding the acquisition and assimilation of educational materials. And secondly, the implementation of professional training of air traffic controllers with help of artificial intelligence technology, which has input markers in the training process, will allow selecting the necessary educational material for the trainee and the instructor in accordance with the individual cognitive and personal abilities of the trainee. Combination of these two approaches allows the training system to carry out the design of a personalized training profile in the maximized degree, oriented to the peculiarities of the student's type of training. Applying of an artificial intelligence discover a huge opportunities in the field of air traffic controllers training for the account of optimization of time and material resources of the training system.
