Abstract

The paper deals with the transformation of pedagogical technologies used in the educational process in accordance with the requirements of the time and technological advances. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the possibilities of using computer video games in the system of training future professionals. The paper presents the types of computer video games, indicating in which educational areas they can be used, describes the successful practices of using games in the educational process, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of gaming technology.
