Abstract
The article discusses the features of the use of multimedia technology in the learning process, which are one of the important problems in the education system. The role of multimedia technology is high in the implementation of the country's digitalization directions, including the digitalization of the education system. The authors emphasized the importance of electronic textbooks, electronic educational resources for determining the capabilities of multimedia technology. In the issue of using multimedia technology in the educational process, the features of the development and use of an interactive lecture, the organization of practical and laboratory work are revealed. Diagnostics of learning outcomes, distance learning using multimedia technology are indicated as the main directions.
