Abstract

Candidiasis with aquarium maintenance of O. niloticus leads to the death of 95-100% of fish. Existing methods of treatment of aquarium fish are environmentally and economically unjustified and do not lead to the desired results. It is necessary to search for environmentally friendly methods for the prevention and treatment of candidiasis in aquariums and aquacultures when breeding commercially valuable fish. It has been established that propolis in combination with methylene blue contributes to the removal of the suppressive effect of the sensitizer, inhibition of increased reproduction in the body of calves of Candida albicans, enhancement of hematopoiesis, restoration of erythropoiesis. The level of red blood cells increases on 7, 14, 21 and 30 days. experience, compared with the data of infected fish of group 2 – in 2.89; 3,33; 2.15 and 2.4 times; hemoglobin - in 1.45; 1,55; 1.77 and 2.06 times. This contributed to the restoration of the functional activity of all body systems of calves, presented in our previous works, and the cessation of death. Keywords: NILE TELAPIA, PROPOLIS, SENSITIZERS, CANDIDIASIS, AQUARIUM CONTENT, ERYTHROPOIESIS
