Abstract

The article reveals the importance of resource provision of educational activities in the context of saturation of light industry with personnel of the necessary qualifications, as well as the development of a multi-level system of training industry personnel. The authors assess the current situation in the light industry labor market, as well as measures taken at the state level to reduce the shortage of industry personnel. At the same time, the authors come to the conclusion that the "import" of personnel from the CIS countries and far abroad will not be able to adequately cover the needs of light industry in the relevant personnel. The content of the article discusses the tasks that are set at the federal level, in particular, it is about ensuring the technological sovereignty of the country and the role of the state, educational organizations and industrial enterprises in solving the task. The assessment of the experience of resource provision by the state of educational programs of secondary vocational education within the framework of the federal project "Professionalitet", as well as innovations in tax legislation that allow employers who donate equipment to educational organizations to receive significant preferences. This allowed us to conclude that such practice can be effectively developed in the formation of such pedagogical systems that allow for intensive training of industry personnel at all levels of education in accordance with the agreed educational goals of students, as well as the goals of the state and industry enterprises.
