Abstract

This research deals with one of the most important Islamic battles in the history of the conquests in the eastern Islamic world، which is the Battle of Trane [588 AH / 1192 AD]، which took place between the Ghor Muslims led by (Shahab al-Din al-Ghouri) and the kings of India under the leadership of (Raja Kola، ruler of Dehli، and “Raja Bhoora” the ruler of Ajmer). And to show its effects on the Ghurids and the country of India.” In my research، I will try to shed light on this battle، and clarify its effects on the Rajat of India and the Ghuris، and my talk will be on: the name of the battle and its current location in the country of India، then The political conditions of the two sides of the battle، the reasons why Shihab al-Din al-Ghuri headed towards India، the reasons for the battle، preparing for it، then talking about its events، the reasons for the Indian defeat، and the effects on both sides of the battle، and the importance of this battle comes in that it was the direct cause of eliminating the Indian Raj. Rather، it opened the way for Muslims to set out within the Indian continent - later - and establish an Islamic rule in it. It is noted that this battle، despite its importance، was not exposed to any of the scholars - as far as I know - with the study; Perhaps due to the lack of scientific material for it in the sources، and then it was required to study this battle based on Persian and Arab sources، and I followed the descriptive-analytical approach through which we can highlight the facts related to the subject of the study، and then analyze it، and the historical method far from tendencies and whims، which enables us to During which he narrated historical events، and access - as much as possible - to abstract facts. Research limits: (587-588 AH / 1191-1192 AD).
