Abstract

In general, construction projects in the past have been seeking to improve their quality through project management from the design and construction stage to the completion stage based on the accumulated technical standards, experience, and performance. However, the recent winds of environmental change, such as the 4th industrial revolution, are having a great impact not only on the technical aspect but also on the management aspect in the construction industry. In this situation, social expectations for productivity improvement and fair trade that are required in each field of the construction industry are acting as a motive for change in the construction industry. In a situation where the government is also making continuous efforts to reorganize all regulations such as related laws to respond to such changes of the times, this study is based on the legal regulations related to construction project management. management method was reviewed. Among the various management methods, this thesis examines various problems related to the calculation of service charge for apartment housing construction project management in the public sector, which is the most sensitive to the ordering party and related industries, and where conflicts of interest are frequent.
