Abstract

Transit trade in modern conditions is a popular civil law mechanism that allows reselling goods or providing intermediary services for their sale without storing or even accepting goods by this person. This feature allows you to reduce the costs associated with unnecessary delivery of goods and their storage by making only one delivery to the final consignee. From a legal point of view, the mechanism under consideration has its own characteristics, the main of which is the interaction during the transfer and acceptance of goods by entities that are not related to each other by any legal relationship. This situation became possible due to the possibility to specify the consignee in the contract or shipping order. The impact of the issuance of such a discharge on the legal relationship within which it is issued is considered in this article.
