Abstract

. Individual (private) contracts occupy one of the key places among individual regulators of legal relations. The rapid development of legal relations in the scientific and technological sphere, their importance for the evolution of society and the state, predetermines the need to study individual (private) contracts as regulators of these legal relations. The purpose of the study is to form scientific knowledge about the role and significance of individual (private) contracts in streamlining legal relations in the scientific and technological field. The objectives of the study are to analyze the essence of individual (private) contracts, their relationship with legal contracts, to determine the industry specifics of individual (private) contracts in the regulation of legal relations in the scientific and technological sphere. The work as a whole is based on the methodology of the integrative understanding of law. The author used methods of a general scientific nature (methods of formal logic, systemic, functional, historical methods) and private scientific methods of jurisprudence (formal legal, comparative legal). The author of the article is understood an individual (private) contract as an individual regulator of a specific legal relationship. In modern conditions, individual (private) contracts, along with other individual regulators, play a significant role in streamlining legal relations in the scientific and technological sphere within the framework of the principles and norms of law. Differentiation of individual (private) contracts from legal contracts is carried out. It has been established that individual (private) agreements are of particular importance for regulating legal relations related to the direct implementation of scientific and technological activities, which are key, backbone for the scientific and technological sphere. It was revealed that such contracts can be concluded within the framework of either civil law or labor law. Their common and special features are determined.
