Abstract

In the article the approaches to definition of essence of concept "human potential" and made a General conclusion that the latter is speaking in the unity of spatial and temporary characteristics, concentrates in itself the three levels of relations, namely: reflecting the past, characterizes the present and is focused on the development. Revealed the traditional elements of personnel management and identified internal and external factors and the preconditions of the transformation management development of personnel potential of domestic enterprises in modern conditions. Determined background of modernization of human resources management at domestic enterprises in the field of transformation of the human resource include the following trends: the growing diversity of functions of workers and the value of personal time; customization and portfolio career mode, the formation of the creative class, etc. the basic directions of improvement of personnel of enterprises at the operational and strategic levels.
