Abstract
Thiosemicarbazide derivatives (3a-c) were synthesized by reacting Thiosemicarbazide with aromatic aldehydes in an alcoholic medium. The reaction was monitored by TLC, and the structural composition of the derivatives was confirmed by melting point, IR, and ¹HNMR spectroscopy. Thiosemicarbazide derivatives are important in the biological field and can form complexes with some transition elements. Keywords:Thiosemicarbazide , Aldehehydes, Synthesis, Derivatives.
