Abstract

The article discusses the concept, functions and basic principles of the formation of a creative space, raises issues of managing the activities of creative spaces, and shows the possibility of both positive and negative influence of the «atmosphere» of a creative space on economic, political, social and cultural processes in the region. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the capabilities of modern universities to create and maintain a creative space on the student campus.
