Abstract
This article is devoted to studying the evaluation of the effectiveness of IT projects. The purpose of the work is to identify the factors that make the greatest contribution to the formation of performance assessment. The rationale for the need to evaluate the effectiveness of IT projects is given, approaches to evaluation are considered. Based on the results of a survey of managers of relevant projects, the factors influencing the quality of the assessment were identified, and the key ones were identified using mathematical methods. It is proposed to create a software module to minimize the influence of the human factor, automated data collection and calculations.
