Abstract

This article is devoted to the study of the institution of subsidiary liability in insolvency (bankruptcy) cases with a comparison with the general principles of civil liability in domestic law, identifying similarities and differences taking into account law enforcement and judicial practice. The conclusion is stated that subsidiary liability in bankruptcy law currently has the features of an independent type of liability, for which a corresponding justification is given.
