Abstract

This article discusses the importance of promoting a healthy lifestyle among the younger generation. A lecture and educational program with students at the Law College of KNU aimed at preventing bad habits and forming a healthy lifestyle is described. The causes and consequences of alcohol consumption, smoking, drug addiction, and computer and internet addiction among adolescents and youth were analyzed. Methods of prevention have been proposed, including conversations, discussions, role-playing games, watching films, meetings with doctors, and people who have successfully overcome addictions. Special attention is paid to the role of sports and proper nutrition in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Psychological aspects and motivational strategies that contribute to sustainable behavior change were also considered.
