Abstract
Effective regulation of traffic flows within the urban area is of great importance for the cleanliness of the atmospheric air of cities and megacities. The article presents the most relevant problems related to the city's transport infrastructure, which entails both an increase in chemical emissions and physical pollution of the city's environment, primarily increased noise. Due to the growth of the automobile fleet, according to expert estimates and research conducted in Vladikavkaz, especially in its historical part, there is more than a twofold shortage of Parking spaces.
