ВПЛИВ БІЗНЕС-КОМУНІКАЦІЙ НА РЕАЛІЗАЦІЮ СОЦІАЛЬНО-ЕКОНОМІЧНИХ ПРОЄКТІВ

Abstract

The article identifies the impact of business communications on the implementation of socio-economic projects for sustainable, inclusive, and smart development of communities, villages, cities, and enterprises. It is substantiated that business communications play a key role in the implementation of socio-economic projects, promoting mutual understanding, attracting resources, mobilizing the public, forming partnerships, and maintaining reputation. It is proved that the main tasks of business communications during project implementation are to ensure effective information exchange, attract support and promote cooperation, manage internal communications, and ensure high-quality external communication. It is substantiated that proper internal communication contributes to creating a favourable working atmosphere, increases employee motivation and helps strengthen team spirit, and allows us to identify and resolve possible problems or conflicts that may arise during the project implementation on time. It is noted that socio-economic projects are important for communities, and the population, as they contribute to the development of enterprises, solving social problems, strengthening the reputation of the enterprise, and improving the quality of life of the population. It is substantiated that socioeconomic projects contribute to the development of an enterprise by introducing new innovations, improving productivity and efficiency of production, and helping to strengthen the competitiveness of an enterprise in the market, ensuring its stability and increasing its profitability. It has been found that the implementation of socio-economic projects has a positive impact on the economic development of the region (increased investment, development of small and medium-sized enterprises, creation of new jobs, and support for local entrepreneurs), which contributes to economic growth, ensure sustainable, inclusive and early development of the region. It is proved that the social effect of the implementation of socio-economic projects is manifested in improving the quality of life of the population, and the economic effect is an increase in the national income and profits of an individual enterprise.
