Abstract

The formation of Russia’s technological sovereignty is impossible without staffing. In modern conditions, work is being carried out to develop engineering education, but the main problem of the modern economy lies not only in the lack of engineering personnel, but also in the need to change the system of training managerial personnel. The article discusses the need for a paradigm shift in the training of managerial personnel from point-­setting goals towards state efficiency, and also provides an argument for the need to return engineering and economic education.
