Abstract

The article is devoted to the presentation of resources for improving the pre-professional military training of pupils of cadet schools. Allocated resources internal and external in relation to the system of cadet education. The internal resources for the formation of the primary skills of military collectivism and leadership are considered. The insufficiency of the use of team activity resources was noted. It is proposed to expand the study of external resources on the example of the interaction of the Orenburg Presidential Cadet School with the structural divisions of the Orenburg State University. The need for a program of interaction between the cadet school and the military training center of the university is indicated.
