Abstract

The main purpose of the research is to identify modern trends in the digitalization and automatization of car service station processes, specifically, to identify innovative solutions offered on the market to improve the processes of service stations. The paper considered such innovative solutions as the introduction of CRM systems at car service enterprises, ways to improve the supporting processes of service stations (the introduction of specialized systems at the warehouse of a service station, bar coding systems, RFID systems). The trend of the introduction of spare parts and car repair and maintenance services electronic trade is actively spread in the field of car service. Gradually, mobile applications for customers appear on the auto service market in order to help them to find the nearest to the place of breakdown auto repair shops, as well as applications for tracking vehicle service times and etc. The article also considered the use cases at service stations of such innovative solutions as augmented reality technologies, 3-D modeling, big data, Wi-Fi in cars, biotelemetry.
