Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediational effects of transformation leadership between organizational behavior and organization adjustment of workers of leisure well-being facilities. Subject for this study consisted of the workers over 20 - 50 years of age which were a total of 200 using purpose sampling method. Of these 200 subject, 173 of these were used as data analysis. The Questionnaires about organizational citizenship behavior, transformational leadership(charisma, individual consideration, intelligence stimulus), and organization adjustment are based on the scale of domestic previous studies using, these are transformation leadership scale by Bass(1985), organizational citizenship behavior scale by Organ(1988), and organization adjustment scale by Hong(2005) used them after examining validity and reliability through pilot test. The methods of statistics used to analyze the collected dates are Correlation Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis. Results obtained from this research are as follows: Hypothesis Ⅰ was supported to optimal casual relationship model. Hypothesis Ⅱ was supported to optimal casual relationship model. Hypothesis Ⅲ was supported to optimal casual relationship model.
