Abstract

The article highlights the issues of staff motivation in order to increase the level of innovative development of clusters in the forest industry. In this aspect, the features of staff motivation in the framework of the implementation of innovative activities of enterprises are investigated. It is established that the motiva-tion of the personnel of cluster structures to implement innovative activities has some distinctive features. However, without a properly structured motivation system, cluster structures, including timber industry clus-ters, cannot ensure the process of their innovative development. In this regard, an important point is the development of such a system of personnel motivation, which will ensure a continuous process of innovative development of forestry clusters.
