Abstract
The purpose of this study is to propose the situation and improvement plan of the swimming pool facility according to the survival swimming education using the culture technology method. This data was collected from a total of 12 interviews and interviews with visits to educational institutions from March 2017 to March 2018. The results of this study are as follows. 1) The safety of students is threatened by the deterioration of facilities and the risk factors caused by the deterioration of facilities. 2) It is safety management problem due to lack of manpower. 3) Professional water quality management is lacking. Water management and the use of chemicals are very important in water quality management. In conclusion, you can improve these problems if the first inspection cycle, thorough supervision and legal regulation of local government is needed and the user can operate the facility instead of the import work of the facility it self. Second, the government should provide educational programs and support parents and teachers. Lastly, water quality problems can be solved through the timing of water quality change, legal notices about water quality management, and thorough periodical supervision.
