Abstract
The article discusses some futuristic scenarios for sustainable development (based on eight green steps). “Bringing information to the consumer” is realized through the presentation of a complex problem in the form of a relatively small number of alternatives. The sociological survey allowed us to assess the respondents on the scale of “comfort of living” in one of the scenario-described worlds. The Happy Planet Index is considered as an indicator of the well-being of the nation.
