ПРОБЛЕМЫ И ПЕРСПЕКТИВЫ ИМПОРТОЗАМЕЩЕНИЯ В СФЕРЕ ИНФОРМАЦИОННЫХ ТЕХНОЛОГИЙ

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to identify problems and assess the prospects for import substitution in the field of information technology. To achieve this goal, such scientific tasks were set and solved as: determining the structure of the information and communication technology sector, statistical assessment of its state and development in Russia, analysis of international trade in goods and services related to ICT, development of recommendations to reduce the country's import dependence in the field of ICT. Taking into account the recommendations of the OECD and the provisions of the current All-Russian Classifier of Economic Activities, the structure of the information and communication technologies sector is substantiated in the article. Based on the above structure, a statistical assessment of the state and development of the analyzed sector is given, in particular, the main indicators of production and innovation of enterprises in the ICT sector are analyzed. In addition, the analysis of the level of international trade in goods and services related to ICT was carried out, and an assessment of the position of the Russian Federation in this area on the world stage was given. In conclusion, the article summarizes the main results and gives practical recommendations for reducing the country's import dependence in the field of information and communication technologies.
