Abstract

The modern economy, when creating new technologies, innovative solutions, requires effective implementation in the real sector, ensuring the development and formation of the country’s gross domestic product (GDP). The created intellectual property should not settle as a dead weight in formal registries. In this paper, the problems of commercialization of intellectual property in Russia are analyzed and effective options for implementing this process are proposed. Trends in the creation of intellectual property, its reflection as intangible assets and its inclusion in commercial circulation are analyzed.
