Abstract

(1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The purpose of this study is to study how the real estate development project of Pyeongtaek City affects housing prices by subdividing the northern, southern, and western regions by region.
 (2) RESEARCH METHOD This study employed the Hedonic Price Model to achieve the major objectives of this study.
 (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS The implications of this study are as follows. First, through this study, it was found that although the start of development projects raised the housing price, it did not falls within the spatial scope of this study, was judged to be meaningful to examine the differences by region as a place where the differences by region are clearly visible.
 2. RESULTS The results of this study are as follows. The influence of other characteristics did not differ significantly by region, but in terms of development characteristics, it was found that the SRT Jije Station start and Samsung Electronics start construction increase the apartment transaction price in the southern and western regions except for the northern region.
