Abstract
The development of the industrial economy is inextricably connacted with the use of natural resources, and the formation of natural resource capital in this regard takes on a special meaning, forms a special conceptual approach to the rational use of natural wealth. In this regard, it is necessary to emphasize the emerging features of the influence of natural resource capital and the socio-ecological and economic development of all sectors of the national economy.
