Abstract

Heat devices of food production for cooking hot food and baking bread in the field have been investigated. A modification of the heat block and heat-generating device is proposed, as a result of which an increase in the intensity of evaporation of liquid fuel, its mixing with air, a high rate of the combustion reaction, an increase in the flame temperature, afterburning of the unburned part of the liquid fuel, as well as automatic transition of the heat apparatus from fuel with low flash point to a higher one. Constructive changes in heating devices for food production are based on an increase in the use of the used types of fuel due to the reflection of combustion products and a decrease in heat loss.
