Abstract

The dynamics of the development of medical services, especially private ones, increases the demand for high-tech medical equipment. The purchase of medical equipment is the most important issue for any medical institution, and especially for a private medical company. Renovation of medical equipment in public and private clinics will allow providing the latest treatment methods, providing modern and high-quality medical services. Modern medical technology can give impetus to the development of medical tourism in our country. A tool for acquiring modern equipment can be leasing, in which private and public medical institutions have the opportunity to get medical equipment for use, while not investing quite large sums of money in its purchase. At the same time, they receive certain benefits: for example, by reducing the tax base of their activities. This provides for purposeful and socially oriented activities, as health care is a public good. A special place in the article is given to the analysis of the current state of the leasing business in the context of medical equipment. It is the dynamics of changes in the value of the portfolio of new business of leasing companies that shows the demand for this service with an increase in the number of private clinics, which include large investors.
