Abstract
To assess the significance of indicators that determine goods and services competi-tiveness is one of the most important tasks of expert qualimetry. In particular, this also refers to calculation of integral indicator of university competitiveness. The use of the hierarchy analysis method for expert evaluation of the priorities of particular indicators increases the calculation relevance of the university competitiveness level. The requirements for infor-mation technologies based on the hierarchy analysis method are formulated. It is shown that the use of Expert Decide system version 2.2 allows formalizing the survey of the experts group in the mode of the examination participants interaction and automating the pro-cessing of the expert judgments received, as well as solving various analytical tasks.
