Logistic analysis is an important tool for organizations allowing to increase their efficiency and competitiveness in the market. It helps identify problem areas and offers solutions to improve them, which in turn helps reduce costs, improve the service quality and customer satisfaction. Customer service is important because it has a direct impact on the revenue. Supply chain management is based on precise planning and coordination between the stages of production and distribution of products. All issues related to the amount and time of delivery between the objects and the regime should be considered. Due to the compromises between the stages of the logistics chain, special attention is paid to the importance of systematic approach to logistics chain modeling. The classic logistics trade-off is between customer servicing and inventory levels. An inventory increase binds capital and is an operating cost, while a higher level of customer service creates additional revenue and increases customer satisfaction for the organization. Shipping decisions are based on export demand, which determines the supply chain., Demand accuracy is analyzed due to its importance for system need. Need for export determines the needs for transshipment from each object, which can be either a freight train, a barge, or a cargo ship.
