Abstract

Currently, the task of preserving and strengthening the health of young people is an important one, and higher pedagogical education can play a crucial role in achieving this goal. The development of health-saving technologies must take into account the characteristics and initial state of the population group in order to ensure that these technologies are effective, appropriate, and accepted by the target population. By doing so, we can improve the health outcomes of populations and promote greater equity in healthcare. The analysis of estimation of component body composition is a useful tool for assessing various aspects of health and fitness. The purpose of the study is to determine the component composition of the body as an indicator of the health of female students of higher education at the Faculty of Physical Education.
