Abstract

The article examines the sanctions imposed against Russia, Iran, Cuba and Syria. In the process of research, countries with similar restrictions are identified, the main sanction focuses and the consequences of the applied sanctions regimes are revealed. Sanctions have a significant impact on the Russian economy. Identifying and understanding measures to combat their influence that are effectively applied in other countries can help assess the effectiveness of Russia’s antisanctions policy.
