Abstract

This study started with questions about the fact that the education activation is not done smoothly despite the program flow and core-core spokes that have proven educational effects of blended learning. The purpose of this study is to examine the educational flow and methods of the verified programs and to identify the problems of activation of learning management system(LMS) and blended learning. In addition, it seeks to grasp the perception of education practitioners and to identify practical problems to realize the blended learning. Therefore, this paper analyzed various approaches such as learning method of blended learning, role and execution of learning management system(LMS), literature on recognition of education practitioner, statistical analysis data, and execution of educational program. The results showed that there was a difference in perception of blended learning between teachers and students. Teachers perceptions and contents are as follows. First, the lack of information on blended learning, the lack of computer literacy, the negative perception of learning method, the anxiety about teaching right, and the time burden on contents production for blended learning were all unfavorable results. On the other hand, students were expected to participate in a variety of educational programs and showed positive results for blended learning. It is a necessary factor in current education that proper education recognition will be a basis to grow into rational and ideal education. The results of this study are expected to be a turning point to enhance educational awareness and educational effectiveness of blended learning.
