Abstract

Classroom learning is the main way for universities to achieve educational goals, acquire professional knowledge and improve professional skills for students. Learning motivation is students’ intrinsic motivation to learn, and students’ academic performance is directly related to their learning motivation. Therefore, in classroom teaching it is especially important to develop and stimulate students’ learning motivation. The quality of higher education is mainly reflected in the cultivation of highly qualified talents. High-quality talents are people who have a strong grasp of professional knowledge and have a constant desire for knowledge. Therefore, nurturing and stimulating students’ learning motivation is also associated with improving the quality of higher education. This article discusses the development and stimulation of students’ learning motivation in everyday educational and teaching work.
