Проблема актуальности культур-философского исследования феномена военной культуры

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of the relevance of studying the phenomenon of military culture in modern Russian philosophy of culture. The paper shows that the concept of “military cultureˮ to date has not received a status certainty in cultural and philosophical knowledge, the reasons for that are indicated. Based on the results of the analysis of the studied literature, the author draws attention, firstly, to the insufficient development of the essential content of the concept of “military cultureˮ - a problem that is deci-sive in the study of the corresponding phenomenon, and, secondly, directly reveals the reasons why its study seems relevant for modern national philosophy of culture. It is concluded that the relevance of studying the phenomenon of military culture (denotation) and its meaning (concept) in cultural philosophy is determined by several circumstances: the uncertainty in the philosophy of culture of the semantic content of this concept; the current foreign policy situation caused by the confrontation between Russia and the so-called “collective Westˮ; processes of socio-cultural transition going on in modern Russian society. In the conclusion of the scientific article, the prospects for studying the subject of research are outlined.
