Концептуальные и институциональные основы миграционной политики Азербайджанской Республики

Abstract

The article discusses features of the migration policy of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Considering the process of population resettlement within a certain historical period, the author divides the waves of migration in the country into three stages. This division is based on causes and nature of migration waves after the independence of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The author examines the institutional framework for the formation of migration policy in the Republic and considers the administrative apparatus of migration processes.
