Abstract

This article explores the significance of human capital in the contemporary economy and the mismatch between the educational system and the business needs. The importance of universities collaborating with corporate partners is highlighted, and key models describing such interaction are presented, along with identified drivers and barriers. A classification of interaction forms is proposed to cultivate an innovative environment and enhance the quality of human capital.
