Abstract

Let’s consider an important tool for determining the effectiveness of the activities of medical institutions providing paid medical services. This assessment allows you to identify the strengths and weaknesses of management, identify problematic points and develop plans for their improvement. The purpose of this study is to assess the effectiveness of the management of commercial medicine. The study will examine several aspects, including the quality of medical care, patient satisfaction, financial performance and treatment outcomes. In this paper, an analysis of financial indicators, competitiveness in the market and customer satisfaction was carried out. The following methods are used in the work: Analysis of financial indicators: assessment of revenue, profit, expenses and other financial indicators. Assessment of the quality of medical services provided: conducting an audit of medical activities to assess compliance with quality and safety standards, as well as to identify possible shortcomings and problematic issues. Surveys and interviews of employees and patients: collecting opinions and feedback from employees and patients will allow you to assess their satisfaction with the work and services of the organization. Data monitoring and analysis: Systematic collection, analysis and interpretation of data on the organization’s activities will help identify trends, problems and opportunities for improvement. Conducting a SWOT analysis: identifying strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats will help identify potentials for development and more effective management. The results showed that many CMOS face management problems, such as low profitability and inefficient use of resources. However, successful management models have also been identified that can be used in other CMOS to improve results. In general, the data obtained allow us to draw conclusions about the state of success of the management of commercial medical organizations in Russia, take measures for management and offer recommendations for their improvement.
