Abstract
The purpose of this study is to propose a calendar app that can help manage schedules and work for Home Care Nurses who feel difficulty due to heavy workload. First, as a result of case analysis of related apps, it was found that various services other than calendar functions were provided, and that there was no app for nurses performing visiting schedules because all cases were produced for shift-working nurses. After conducting an in-depth interview, we were able to derive six key requirements by building and classifying them as an Affinity Diagram. Behavior pattern analysis was conducted using the data, and after grouping into two representative groups, a Persona and Circumstantial Scenario were produced to confirm the requirements of each aspect. Based on this, it was confirmed that effective services can be provided as a result of conducting usability evaluation after creating a prototype app. Finally, it concludes with conclusions and suggestions, and look forward to further research in the future.
