Abstract
The article considers the classification of resource management methods of the enterprise. Additionally, it is proposed to allocate technological methods of resource saving management, the fifth group of methods. The matrix of methods of resource saving management in relation to spheres of management is constructed. The system of possible goals of resource saving management at the enterprise is formulated. The goals of resource saving management in the spheres of material resources use are selected and grouped. The main causes and sources of loss of material resources at the enterprise are identified. The functions which are capable to provide effective realization of process of management of resource saving at the enterprise are considered. Subsystems of the resource saving management system according to the functional approach are allocated.
