Abstract

Abstract. The paper presents the results of the analysis of satisfaction of employees of pharmaceutical organizations based on sociological research. A.V. Batarshev’s method was used to study the structure of satisfaction index. Work satisfaction was assessed in 32 aspects which are united in 8 directions: interest in work, satisfaction with achievements in work, satisfaction with relationships with employees, satisfaction with management relationships, the level of claims in the professional activity, the preference of the work performed to high wages, satisfaction with working conditions, professional responsibility. With the help of the developed scale, a criterial quantitative assessment of the level of work satisfaction of pharmaceutical employees depending on their education and position was obtained. The directions of improvement of work on development of personnel potential of pharmaceutical employees promoting increase of professional responsibility level and growth of achievements in work as well as competitiveness of pharmaceutical organizations are revealed.
