Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of problematic aspects in the regulation of the minimum subject age of the administrative and tort liability. The analysis of the relevant provisions of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, as well as the other normative legal acts of juvenile orientation is carried out. The experience of regulating minimum age-limits in the criminal law industry and its significance for administrative and tort legislation is considered. The defects of legal regulation that prevent a differentiated assessment of the age characteristics of various groups of juvenile offenders are investigated.
