Abstract

The article theoretically summarizes the category of adaptive potential of entrepreneurship development and reveals the essential characteristics of its infrastructure support. The place and importance of infrastructural support of entrepreneurial activity is determined. The main components of infrastructure support adapted to the new institutional conditions for the development of entrepreneurial activity are considered. The aspects of organizational and economic development of entrepreneurial structures on an institutional and innovative basis are clarified. The reasons for the ongoing crisis in the business sector are determined, while it is established that it is the low level of adaptation of various services of infrastructure support for entrepreneurship that is a high determinant of promising entrepreneurial development. The main shortcomings of their functioning are identified and measures are proposed to improve the development of the main infrastructure institutions. Approaches to the definition of the concept of “sustainable development potential” are systematically established. A retrospective analysis of approaches to assessing the impact of the adaptive potential of entrepreneurship development is carried out. The factors that influence the formation of the potential of entrepreneurial structures are determined. The main purpose of the functioning of the system of adaptation of entrepreneurship support based on the use of innovative scientific and technical potential, as one of the determinants of sustainable entrepreneurial development, is emphasized. It is proved that the process of effective business development largely depends on a well-laid information and consulting infrastructure. The necessity is justified and the main directions of improving the infrastructure support of entrepreneurship in solving the problems of regional development are determined. The structural and logical connection of the subjects of the financial and credit infrastructure of entrepreneurship and marketing support for the development of the activities of entrepreneurial structures is schematically demonstrated. The directions of the institutional development of entrepreneurship and the choice of system elements that contribute to the creation and functioning of the private sector, and the formation of an adequate organizational and economic environment to stimulate and quickly adapt business agents to the prevailing market conditions, and, on an innovative basis, components of the adaptive potential of entrepreneurship are substantiated
