Abstract
This article analyzes some aspects of administrative regulations, establishes their significance, identifies some imperfections in their implementation, including non-compliance with the norms of administrative law, since most of them are not relevant, they do not have a single general procedure, sequence, specificity in the execution of administrative procedures, and some procedures are duplicated and arise significant problems in the implementation of migration legislation. The article considers the need for a comprehensive scientific study of the legal nature of administrative regulations, the need to study and define the general concept, the essence of administrative regulations and the importance of analyzing the classification of regulations.
