Abstract
Purpose. The article substantiates possibility of using technique for time correction of conversation carried out via radio by fire service units when performing the main combat mission. This methodology takes into account officials priority determined by the importance of tasks they perform. It is proposed to use the corresponding coefficient as an indicator determining importance of performed tasks. Methods. To solve the issues authors have used methods of mathematical analysis. Findings. Conversation time adjustment involves time modification in inverse proportion to performed tasks priority, i.e. radio network usage time by the official with the highest priority will be reduced to a lesser extent, and that of the official with a lower priority will be reduced to a greater extent. Research application field. The results obtained can be used to improve safety when extinguishing fires and eliminating man-made emergencies. Conclusions. The presented methodology makes it possible to provide automated adjustments to conversation time, which can be used to achieve required efficiency indicators in radio communication network for officials with priority when performing the main combat mission. Using this technique will make it possible to distribute limited time resource of using radio network, thus eliminating critical modes in radio network associated with delays in control or means and forces control loss.
