Abstract
This study conducted a study on visual cognitive response through the step-by-step application of frame rates and motion blur in motion graphics based on vector graphics. As a result of a study focusing on 'comfort' and 'clearness' corresponding to functions, 'sophisticated', 'high-end', and 'vibrant' corresponding to emotions, both functions and emotions showed the highest response at the high-speed frame rate of 60 frames. In Motionblur, the 60th frame showed high response in the 'sophisticated', 'high-end', and 'vibrant' categories, which correspond to sensibility, and especially the 'sophisticated' categories.
